Great quality frames. I got anti glare lenses but after cleaning them once theres a pretty bad glare. Shipping took longer than promised but whenever I inquired via online chat with a representative I got a detailed response. I would order again prepared to wait longer on shipping.
I was really excited to find the exact glasses I wanted for an inexpensive price. So I ordered them, and once I actually received them - they were perfect. Lenses exactly how I ordered them, the frames are beautiful.
The only issue I had was the process. Ordering was easy. And the glass I picked out said "2-3 days to ship". It took three weeks, and me contacting customer service twice, for them to finally ship. As soon as I said something, they shipped out. Shipping was relatively quick after that. So for the most part, the experience was alright. But waiting over 3 weeks for glasses you NEED is frustrating, especially when they charge your right away for the product (vs. When it's ready/shipped as a lot of other companies do).
PS: The purchase date on this is WRONG. I ordered these in January. February 5th is when I first reached out to customer service about them (So obviously my order hung in limbo until then, makes me more frustrated). While the glasses are AWESOME, the bad business practices will likely keep me from ordering again.
Slow shipment, I asked to expedite or change with no answer. Was dissatisfied with lense thickness. I wish I could order a higher definition lense.
I ordered my contact lenses approximately 10 days ago. I've never used them before so I was hesitant. I finally called EZ Contacts today to check on the status, because I hadn't received any shipping notifications. It is now 10 days after the initial order was placed and I have received a notification from UPS showing that it was just processed today, 2/20/18, when processing was supposed o occur 24-48 hrs after ordering. What?!?!?!?!?! It looks like I will not have my contacts ready for some big, upcoming work events. Very disappointing EZContacts.
Daryl displayed excellent customer service through the online chat feature and then actually called me when I had not responded to his question to make sure that I was able to get the best value during my contact lens purchasing experience through EZContacts.
Shipment split in two and it took a long time for the second pair of eyeglasses to arrive without any updates during the waiting period.
Not only did you charge me a month before shipping out my package I was never notified my order was in backorder. I had to call 3 weeks after I ordered only to be told they havent processed my order but that I was already charged. Come a month later they ship my expensive eyeglasses via USPS with no signature required and now my package is lost. I was told by Customer Service that I will now have to wait another 20 days for them to review the lost package on top of the month that i was already waiting for my package. The manager was rude and didnt offer me any solution except for me to wait another 20 days and to open a claim via USPS. HORRIBLE WEBSITE STAY AWAY DO NOT USE THEM.
Never have I dealt with such incompetent people. It took 3 months to receive my order, the customer service sucked, and I honestly can't say enough negative things about the entire ordeal. I will never use them again. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else
I wish there would have been more options for the width of the nose piece. However, I knew exactly what I was receiving and it was perfect.
Don't order anything from here from purchasing to getting wrong order after over 2 months to return it had been hell. Just bc it may seem affordable to u don't get it I regret it and there is no number for the return department so they contact them via email! Just ridiculous!
Website images not matching the correct color of the frames and the order was not shipped in the timeframe advertised. Was told that they would offer 2 day shipping to make up for the delay and that did not happen either.

Shipping took 25 days and when i emailed asking what the problem was, she stated that they just take a while. I have ordered from here before and the shipping only took five days. Once i emailed a second time, they were very rude and acted like i was just impatient and had a complicated prescription. My prescription is super low. I was not offered a discount or anything. A lot of people have complimented my glasses and asked where theyre from and Ive told them to never buy from ezcontacts

I cancelled my order after waiting 3 weeks and the company still shipped the order out 2 weeks after I cancelled... and they are requiring me to pay to ship it back for my refund. Horrible service! Jose in their customer service department assured me that a my order would be cancelled and a refund would be processed and that did not happen. I am so dissatisfied with this company.

I ordered my first pair of glasses from you and found out the left lense was not correct prescription. I had to ship them back and now Im waiting for the correct lenses.
My order shipped February 5th and today is February 19th. I still havent received my order even though your website says 5-7 days shipping.

It almost a month for me to receive my glasses. I had to call and email everyday to find out what was going on. They have it in the very small print that it will take some time for delivery because they have to send it to the lab. I feel they should keep the customers updated on what is going on with their order once they lay their money. Once I told them I wanted a refund they shipped my glasses out.

My expensive contact lenses are never delivered to my door step. The website itself has some "survey" for shipping, and when I wrote in about the lost package, the website promised to send me another package. All of this sounds good until months later, the new package was never delivered. This empty promise is very upsetting, and considering how much money they are charging for the contact lenses, a little better customer service is definitely needed.
The online chat representative, Daryl Grimes, was great. I thought I was getting an extra 10% off the sale price but Daryl gave me 15%. He did not have to do that. This is what make's customer's return. I have worked in Technical Service for over 30 years and I always do the same for my customers. It it rare you get a nice note from a customer. It goes a LONG way. Pass this along to Daryl and put it in his file.

I absolutely love the wide selection of frames and the prices for them. The only downside is how long it took for them to make and send my glasses. It took just about 3 weeks to get my glasses.
WORST SERVICE ever! I got the run around about my order for days and no one was able to give me a firm answer on my order, No one could contact the lab about my order, I was told I couldn't speak with a manager/supervisor and it wasn't until I filed a claim with PayPal that my order all of a sudden shipped.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
