EZContacts is super great. It is by far the site that offers the cheapest branded contact lenses and glasses that I could find. Their services are great too. The shipping was fast and customer care was very prompt when I had questions.

My glasses arrived quickly and were just right. I especially liked that u could enter a different PD for each eye.

Wrong, delivery was very slow, took 2 weeks and when I got the 1 lens was wrong. I returned and did receive a full refund.

It took a couple of months to get my glasses! Ended up costing way more than if I had just ordered locally. Finally when I got them, the prescription wasn't right.

I rarely leave negative reviews and will try to keep this one more positive than negative. I am satisfied with the glasses/lenses themselves but the estimated ship time was incorrect even after paying for the next level of shipping it was twice as long for arrival as estimated. I emailed the company a few days after I thought they would have shipped and got ZERO response for several days until they had already shipped.

Terrible customer service. Be prepared to be told very politely that it will take more time and more money to get your contacts. Inconsistent stories were told every time I called "Oh they are being shipped from Florida, that's why they are late." "Oh they are en route from Brooklyn..." I got the impression this was a startup shady business being run out of a small loft in Brooklyn

I love the glasses, and I love the price! I had a little hiccup/confusion with the order as the glasses I originally ordered were discontinued and I was not informed until I reached out to find out what the hold up was with my order. All in all it ended up great, and I am so happy. Thank you!

I ordered through the internet and I even spoke with the optician and everyone was very nice. I put in my order and received it in about a week. I received an eyeglass kit, eyeglass spray, nice holder for my glasses and even lenses if they broke. Better than going to an office and getting them ordered. Will definitely order from them again.

Very painless process and I love my glasses. Half the price of glaases at any retail eyeglass store!

So happy I found this site! My daughter left her BRAND NEW expensive glasses in a hotel room in another state and they weren't found by the cleaning crew.
Had to replace them, and this site allowed me to do that without breaking the bank.
Got them in 3 days (because they offered it, and I needed them fast).
Perfect!

I think my order was perhaps just a fluke, but I had to wait 5 weeks before my glasses were shipped. I was upgraded frames and shipping for my wait. Customer was quick to reply and very kind and apologetic and upgraded me, but it's sort of Ludacris to wait 5 weeks for another advertised as 3-5 days. The wait is my only dissatisfaction, the franes and lens are top notch.

Very good experience at EZcontacts.com. Ordered glasses and when they came I even got an extra set of lenses for free.

I ordered a pair of prescription sun glasses and ask them to match the demo lenses. They came and looked nothing like the demo lenses. Sending them back.

Great looking frames. Got the same frames I was gonna buy at store for half the price. $189 at store...$89 here. Couldn't be happier!

After reading some of the reviews regarding their customer service I was hesitant to place my order. I can tell you that I have found ezcontacts to be helpful, courteous and professional from the beginning of my transaction to the end. Received my sunglasses today and am MORE than pleased and also received them in a timely manner (about a week) and they were very well packaged. I'll definitely be back for more!

They do not honor their return policy. They do a terrible job of grinding the lenses. They are an awful company. I am going to have to file a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back. Hopefully Visa will stop letting them accept Visa credit cards.
