Great luck every time I have ordered! Replacement frames for my son and active glasses! Reasonable pricing and easy to navigate website.
It took 2 months for me to get my order. That's 2 months of me using my old broken scratched glasses just to see. The customer service agents are rude and unhelpful which completely destroys the buying experience here. Only purchase from them if you have time and patience because they will make up a million excuses why it's your fault and not theirs for why your order hasn't shipped.
Waited so long to receive them. Everything is blurred. I got them to work in computer and for reading. I can see through the top of the lens, but nothing else. I will contact co in am. Very disappointed

The glasses were what I expected. I am satisfied overall however, shipping and handling can improve. Customer service was a huge help and responded accordingly!
My glasses were delayed due to not having the frames in stock. I sent an email and called regarding the delay and was told they were being worked on. When I still did not receive them I called again and at that time was told they were delayed and that the frame had just been received. I should have been told in my first inquiry or even my second. It was not until my third attempt for answers that someone was honest with me on the status. Had I been told the first time, I would have been fine and not had to make additional inquiries. I will have to really consider if I will order from you again in the future.
Great customer service, I had an issue figuring out my son's prescription and the rep that I talked to was wonderful, and very responsive. Worked with me until we figured out how to get exactly what I needed! Order came as quickly and as expected. Prescription lenses were perfect, will definitely order again for the price!
Lenses came in defective. Took days to get a response. I'm just disappointed in everything. I think I'd rather pay additional money to get quality.
About to start, I honestly was a little reluctant to buy an expensive pair of glasses online. I bought one which was a name brand, progressive and transitional. Real Ray-Bans. It took a little longer to get namely 10 days but ezcontact's be staff responded immediately to my inquiries even upgrading the delivery method to 2 days as a courtesy. Most of all they look great. I feel like people are looking at me and I am an old Dude ( Strikes and Gutters).
I ordered 2 sets of glasses and 1 was sent in about 5 days, which was awesome. But the second pair of glasses still hasn't been delivered 20 days later. Pretty irritating
I ordered two pairs of ray and with tinted lenses that had my prescription for the same price as just the frames at my optometrist office. Very happy. The first pair arrived within a week and the second took three weeks but for the price it's insane how they are able to sell them. Will definitely order again, and recommending to my friends.

I fell in love with this glasses, but couldn't afford it in the store. So I shopped online and ezcontacts offered it for a good price. Good quality, no difference to the store. Only suggestion, the search filter should have more options.

Beautiful glasses and great fit! From the time I ordered until the time I received them was not even 2 weeks! I was able to choose a regular pair of frames and turn them in to Sun glasses. All round experience was a positive one and will order again and definitely recommended!
The glasses came very fast with my prescription. Everything was include. The cleaning cloth, eye glass spray, tightening screw driver for frames & the original lenses. I would recommend & have because of the time of service, the items included, & the price.
