Placed my order on November 6, finally canceled on November 21st. Order hadn't even shipped.If you need to order contacts I recommend you go elsewhere
Ordered contacts on 11.10.2018.
Their website says 5-7 days for delivery. It has now been 11 days since I placed my order and I have not received my contacts.
My order was placed based on how many lenses I have left. Like that commercial for 1-800-Contacts, I am now going to have to wear my glasses because they falsely advertised their services.
They managed to take my money on 11.13.2018 according to my bank account but still have not even sent out my order according to customer service.
Idiots!
After 3 weeks I finally received my glasses. The are great however, if I had been advised that it would have taken so long to receive the frames, I would not have ordered. The follow up from customer service could use much improvement.

Glasses looked exactly as displayed. It fitted well, and the shipping time was also fast. I love my new glasses
Ordered 2 pair of glasses. One came in appropriate time. The other pair still have not shipped after 2 weeks, with no communication from EZContacts as to an expected ship date.
Disappointed in the time it came and all the delays, it took over 3 months before I received the glasses. But EZ was able to compinsate for my disappointments with faster shipping and free shipping. While also having quick response times to my emails. The glasses where better the perfect when arrived I expected high end coming from Gucci but not only where the Gucci glasses well made and fit right the system of entering my prescription was quick and easy. But they made sure my glasses where well kept coming with not one but 2 cloths and cleaners while being kept the box well wrapped for perfection in shipping. All in all it would have been an easy 5 stars if it wasn't for the time they had taken to arrive. But that could have vary well had to do with a delay from Gucci like they had claimed and if it's not a necessity these glasses are definitely a luxury.
I recently ordered my first pair of prescription glasses in a long time from EZContacts. The order process was very easy and my glasses came a couple weeks after placing my order. I love the selection of frames and the pricing, so I will definitely be ordering more in the near future.

I found the frames that I wanted on EZContacts, but at half the price. When I received it in the mail, everything was perfect. The frames are great, the prescription was correct, and they even threw in a bonus lens cleaner.
I was notified my order would be late. One month later I called and was told why. I also received a call later apologizing.
Order arrived 2 weeks late. Glasses are crooked, lop-sided and arm is bent. Very disappointed. Will not order again.
I bought glasses for my son and he loves them great price and quality! Nike prescription glasses fir under $100? I'll take it!
Overall I had great experience and my glasses fit and feel just as I expected. However, there was somewhat of a lead time for the frames I selected, which was not noted when order was placed. I had to call and rush my order as I was needing my glasses ASAP
I owned the glasses four months. Parts starting falling off. After three months of trying to get this resolved... chasing them every stop of the way. We were promised a refund after talking 4 people on separate dates. After three months of not receiving the refund and hounding them... they refused to refund me the money without a 50% stocking fee... a restocking fee without being able to resell the frames because pieces had fallen off. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM OF A BUSINESS... DO NOT USE THEM.
I wasn't happy for two reasons. One is no free returns and exchanges. I ordered a pair of glasses and they were to small, so I wanted to swap them for the larger size. I was told that the best way to do that would be to buy a new pair, and return the other pair. I figured that like every other company that they would provide the return label. It is also not very clear that if you send anything back you have to pay for shipping. Also when I ordered the second pair of glasses it had a 4-5 day wait time. After two days they told me it would really be a 15+ day wait time. I needed glasses sooner then that so I took my business elsewhere.
Wide selection of brands and current styles at very competitive prices and superb customer service. Site design is clear and easy to navigate. I'd buy again and very strongly recommend.
I'm disappointed that you guys have certain glasses for order that are really not available. That's not fair to your customers. I had to settle for glasses I really didn't want due to the fact, that the original glasses I've ordered where discontinued. You guys had me waiting patiently for glasses that will never arrive. I was hoping to at least get some kind of discount for the poor service.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
