The PD measuring tool didn't work for me and my eye doctor didn't include that on the prescription information. Also the virtual try on feature wouldn't work either. When ordering glasses you cannot try on in person this would give a lot of confidence to see what they will look like. I'm stuck between two bad options. Order online and save about half the money of buying at the eye doctor or pay twice as much to try them on before buying.

Place an order for my daughter's glasses twice on separate occasions both times representatives were unable to make a simple change progressive to single vision, even though this was a user selection error, and prescription states truth they were unable to help and I had to replace the order and wait for reimbursement from previous order

Glasses are tri focal, and they fit, but they are not quite right as I keep having to adjust my line of sight. These are not my first pair of this type of prescription. Also, the pricing is a bit misleading and would like a greater transparency into the actual cost.

This was the first time I purchased glasses through the only company approved by my vision insurance VPS. Glasses that would have cost me $600 at my eye doctors office was only $100 roughly. All of the high end frames were available and the AI features allowed me to try them on for perfect fit and appearance. I won't use anyone else as long as I have this insurance.
