It was the same each time. The process of using the site to order is very easy. There are many frame options; however, they need ot add a few more options to the lowest price category.

Had issue with sight processing my insurance. Called customer service and they were able to help.

My insurance benefits did not apply at first, had to call customer service to add back to my account. If a primary card is on file, does not let you process payment with additional card. Had to buy a gift card and wait 1 day to process my order due to using 2 forms of payment.

Reorder button did not work. There was a notice on website to wait 15 minutes to ensure order went through. However, I wasn't sure if this reorder button was a 1-click option or not. I called customer service and tried different browser per suggestion. Still did not work, but I could start a new order which worked. I knew I had used up my insurance benefit, I just needed a box of thirty until next eye exam. Perhaps there could be a better explanation on how to order contacts one benefit is used up. Plus the discount no longer applies.
