I placed an order for my daughters contacts a week or so ago. The order status kept showing as 'pending verification.' Then, there was an issue with the prescription. Today, I learned (by ph) that I selected the wrong contacts. Why did it take over a week to learn that fact?!

Contacts were initially supposed to be delivered to front office but then was told they couldn't be because it was an insufficient address so the contact were returned and I had to wait another 2 weeks to receive contacts. And when I received them I had to pick them up in front office instead of my mailbox.

Defaulting to the "Upload Prescription" site when a patient already has a prescription uploaded is unnecessarily confusing. Also, the whole process of uploading your prescription and then finding it also sucks.

Answer: Fyi, if you have VSP insurance and enter your info on their website it freezes your benefits and you have to call VSP to have it unlocked. Now another pto day to go back and order glasses that it is unlocked.
