Eyeconic is very convenient and easy to use. The website functions as expected and it was easy to upload my prescription.
My eye glasses were very cheap quality. I paid extra for lenses and do not believe I got the upgraded lens. I do not think they were upgraded because there was no anti glare or blue light on them. I tried to contact eyeconic and was told that I needed to bring them to an eye doctor that would verify it. I brought them to a participating eye doctor who told me " you get what you pay for" and that although it did not look like the lenses were upgraded they did not have any machine or anything to verify that for me. I am worried about purchasing eyeglasses again however y'all take my insurance and I'm hoping for better results this time. It is very upsetting to pay 300+ with insurance and end up with glasses that are cheap, and the lenses did not even last a year.

Not a bad selection. Wish had more of a selection in addition more options for size adjustments. I found once I entered the size adjustments my options were very limited. But overall good experience.
This company is owned by VSP and is just a way for them to drive more revenue by refusing to work with any other online retailers. The only way to get your full benefits is to use their own site which is a monopoly and should not be allowed. Their prices are MUCH higher than any other site, sometimes as much as 70% higher. The shipping is incredibly slow. Other sites offer free shipping that arrives in less than a week, but it takes Eyeconic longer than a week to even start fulfilling an order. Their customer support is clueless about any part of the process. All around this company is just horribly run ripoff.
