I enjoyed eye conic. It was easy to pick the glasses I wanted and the PD future was awesome.
Suddenly, after dozens of $0 options the first time around with my insurance, I was shown just 7 that were in that price range. Seems super suspicious on your part that the number of offers just dropped over a weekend when you couldn't fulfill the order I made due to issues on your end, not mine.
Tell me the truth, did you accept my first order, cancel it on purpose, and then raise the prices on me? Because it looks like that's what you did. So…

I am not really a technically savvy person and uploading the RX always takes forever. So instead of just a 5-10 minute transaction I'm here for 20 minutes trying to figure out how to send it by PDF, etc.

Unfortunately, it did not arrive in time and my original order was cancelled. I tried to submit the order again but this time, it said my insurance credit had been used. I emailed Eyeconic and they were pretty busy so I called. I was able to speak with an agent right away and he fixed the problem. I logged in again and was able to place the order and use my insurance credit. I appreciate the quick solution.
