This is the 3rd or 4th pair of glasses I've ordered from Eyeconic and it's a seamless process. Glasses come as ordered and I've always been happy. Never a problem.
A female customer service representative had answered and was not helpful. My glasses had been somehow ordered without my insurance attached (which must have happened somewhere i the process). ReCherryl cancelled my order, and expressed that she would not be able to assist me with reordering my glasses with my insurance attached. She then transferred me to Mark, who was extremely helpful and made sure that I was able to order my glasses with my insurance. Mark definitely saved the sale, by being willing to provide customer service.
I chose the frames that I wanted. Uploaded the prescription from my eye doctor and received my glasses in the mail. With my insurance they were a very affordable price and I love my glasses.

The buying experience was great, I liked the variety of frames and options for the glass. All done from the comfort of my home. No rushing like sometimes happens in stores.
I found the process to be new and interesting. I traditionally order glasses in a store but wanted to give this a try. So far it's been a good experience. The variety of glasses is very nice and the tools to help get an idea of what they will look like on is cool. I just hope they look as good on in person as they did virtually.

The ordering process was easy, assuming the delivery goes well, this will be my new process for replacing glasses.
I had a coupon / promo code and it added it to my cart and then kept throwing an error and eventually I had to remove it in order to get the order to process. So I lost out on an additional $20 discount. FALSE Advertisement. NOT happy
For the most part it went smooth, and I'm happy with my new glasses. Tips for other newbies, find your frame size on your favorite glasses (it's on the temple) Google shows you how to find. This will save much wasted time looking at frames that do not come in your size. You'll need an adjustment after they arrive, see where the closest place is that'll do this for you.
It took a very long time to find glasses in the frame size I needed and none were available in my first choice of rose gold. I generally don't get progressive lenses either but I gave up and ordered a pair. Nobody wants to spend two hours shopping for glasses.
The first set of glasses I got had the prescription of so my eyes would get stressed out trying to use them. I eventually just gave up on the glasses. I didn't want to try online again, but it's less expensive so we'll see if it's any better the second time
Earlier the pricing was unclear. Numbers will move around a lot between putting it in cart vs eventually buying.

I had to contact "help" because I was using my VSP account to order and was not aware that eyeconic had to be a separate login. Other than that, the order process was easy.
