While trying to pick out glasses I noticed the prices did not line up as advertised (yes this includes not even adding anything extra to the glases) I did have to call and have someone help out, the customer service was amazing. My glasses came early and fit perfectly. I love them!
The website is very glitchy. Each time I added something to my car it would change the prices to each pair of glasses. I even had to call. She added one pair. Said they would be free. Got off the phone and they were still not the right price. Got a pair into the car with the right price with my insurance. Then got to check out and it said a wrong price again. I kept having to refresh and back up a page to get things to load correctly
I found glasses that would work with my prescription & in my price point. It was very easy to use my vision care on eyeconic - they applied the coverage immediately & adjusted the price so I didn't have to wait to submit for a reimbursement.

I just ordered my second pair using insurance off of this site and it is very easy. I accidentally selected the wrong prescription type, so when I got the glasses they were not Progressive. Customer service was great, I was able to return, get credit and reorder again using benefits.

I only have one gripe I ordered sun glasses with my prescription in them which I thought they would switch the lens but they did not. I wish someone would have told me that they don't do that.

Answer: Fyi, if you have VSP insurance and enter your info on their website it freezes your benefits and you have to call VSP to have it unlocked. Now another pto day to go back and order glasses that it is unlocked.
