Put in a quick order for some sports sunglasses for my son using our VSP insurance. I only had to pay $22 and that was for the copay and tax. Really nothing to complain about!

Buyer beware: I reported my order as lost and this company doesn't seem to care. They waited four days before even opening an investigation with UPS. My shipment is on the other side of the country and the tracking link hasn't been updated in 10 days. They told me I have to wait on UPS for another week before they'll send a replacement, which is unacceptable—it's been 3 weeks already since my order shipped. I've been a loyal customer for years, and because of this experience, I will never order from them again. They sell contacts, which I can buy literally anywhere. Without good customer service, this company has nothing to offer.
It was really easy to order glasses online. The glasses were very affordable even without insurance (since I'd already used my vision benefits for contacts).
Had a really hard time changing my password, then had issues with submitting my order and it wasn't clear what the issue was that was preventing order submission. I had to play around with the credit card information, try to resubmit several times, and figure it out myself.

Order 2 pair previously that once received, I didn't like. Eyeconic made it super easy to return and shop for pair I preferred.
I tried to buy glasses for me and my husband. I did his first, four times, entered payment method (different in case that was the problem). No error message, no feedback, just returned to cart-did it go through? No one to anser call. Frustrating.
My glasses arrived when expected and the prescription is fine. Check out was horrible. I had to switch computers to get the iris measurement and when going back my information was not saved. Multiple attempts to get the app to read my measurement. I wrote down the numbers as presented and then found left and right are reversed in the check out. I have zero confidence I got it right.

Should keep old prescriptions on file and not have to re-upload. Otherwise easy> Should also be able to split payment to use HSA but if not full amount can be applied can give a second payment
Order was canceled due to frames no longer being in stock. This happens a few days after ordering and leaves me now waiting another two weeks for glasses.
Let people know that discount codes won't actually lower the rate if using insurance. It just saves the insurance company money. Which in this case is the owner of this business.
They made it easy to order my not easy to fill contact prescription, and I was able to use my VSP insurance, and use affirm to make payments over time. This is literally the best website for ordering contacts.
