I ordered my glasses last time through eyeco ic and they were such nice glasses. Better than I expected. I get progresssives and through eyeconic they are very affordable. Needed a new prescription this year so back I came! I am excited to get my new glasses AND prescription glasses this time!

If you cancel an order due to not having a frame "in stock", please update your website, also give other options for a frame you do have in stock, along with a link for the other options. It's bad customer service cancelling an order a whole week after they placed an order. This is unacceptable, if you have out of stock items, your customer's should be told this within 24 hrs of placing an order. I was expecting these glasses next Wednesday. This is my first time ordering glasses online, not a very good impression so far, very inconvenient and time consuming. Not feeling real confident my second order is going to be cancelled in a week also? Due to being "out of stock"? Also, the wording in your cancellation notice stating "don't worry, you won't be charged for any cancelled items", is not necessary. Just a simple verification if you recieved a payment and the date you will have that refunded is all that is needed. Telling customer's not to worry about being charged after you cancelled their order, just gives them another reason TO WORRY!

Shipping too slow

Compared to other vendors, the standard shipping is too slow. The fastest shipping available here ("next day" where I'm set to get it in 4-6 days) is too slow as well.

My initial set was actually dangerous to wear, they caused double vision. After many, many repeated requests and contact they were replace in October 2025. They were ordered in June but to be fair I did not initially use them. I reported the issue I believe in August.

Worst service possible

Placed an order earlier in the year waited a month no contact no emails sent no calls received. Finally got ahold of a service rep who explained the picture of my prescription didn't have the doctors signature or location so it was cancelled went back and looked at the prescription sent in and both are clearly visible 10 out of 10 would not recommend this company to anyone who relies on contacts you may never get your before you run out of your current prescription.
