The order processing is easy, since it allows you to save your RX and enter payment information easily. Like that it is linked to my insurance, and i do not need to be re-entering the information.

It would be nice if your system could take two different payments on one pair of glasses. (FSA & CC) I was using my FSA before end of year but was $30 shy of what I needed and couldn't use another form of payment to complete my order. I had to find cheaper glasses. Not my favorite.

Pretty easy to login, pick frames, do the measurements, upload the rx and insurance info, order new glasses and receive them in the mail. Didn't like them, returned them and am now buying another pair using my insurance.

I had an issue with my insurance I have them a call and the issue was fixed in seconds and I was able to order my glasses same day

Lots of stuff is not available or select colors are not available - even with insurance surprised how high the pricing still is - i can go to warby parker without insurance and it is same or cheaper.

I had to do a bit of searching to find the right glasses for me. The filters kept re-setting. But ultimately satisfied with what I got, and the insurance process was easy. I had more FSA allowance so I'm buying a second pair of the same glasses in a different color.

There was an issue with the prescription, and they quickly let me know what to do, and issued the refund in order to meet my yearly deadline. Excellent customer service.

Since you cannot combine any promo codes and use your insurance at the same time, you pay more than other contact lens websites.

Being able to find glasses and contacts that are eligible for insurance benefits ONLINE without the need to go into the store is life changing. I work long hours and most days miss going into stores to shop, so being able to do this online with a virtual try on option is great. I've been a fan and faithful consumer for the last 6 years for myself and my kids. If you have VSP, this is the easiest process.

Eyeconic has become my go to site for ordering eyewear. It is incredibly convenient to pick frames and do a virtual try-on. If necessary the return/exchange process is so easy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for eyewear.

With you could mark choices you don't want to see again. I keep on picking the same glasses over and over and trying them on even though i had previously eliminated them from consideration.

In order to order for just one eye I have to put in a fake prescription number and then put 0 as the number of boxes. Why can't I just order for one eye at at time?

Eyeconic has a wide variety selection of glasses. I wish they had more colors I prefer purple and little sparkle. I spend time looking through the glasses to pick just the right one. I have ordered from here at least 5 times I have not been disappointed in my selections yet.

Good service, easy to use my insurance. Would like to see a better selection of sunglasses frames from Ray-Ban and maybe Oakley.

I have vsp insurance and if you have prescription already it is very easy to use or buy. The have various options on eyeglasses and contacts

I've seen most of these glasses on your site for the last few years. Time to get some trendier styles.

It's also super misleading to list the glasses at $90 but then the final price is closer to $150 when I didn't upgrade anything.

Hope this is a good purchase. We will see, as I haven't received the order yet. Checkout was easy enough. Seems like it would have been better to request a review after I received my order...

Easy to select the frames based on different sizes, brands and try them Virtually which reduces a lot of time to shop the glasses

Almost all of the sunglasses available on the eyeconic website are overpriced and available at much reduced price on other portal.

No use of insurance. It's a scam.
