Multiple problems submitting order. Talked w three friendly representatives that attempted to help but they all told me the system had issues and they could only guess. It took me 6 hours to complete the order.
Searching is a bit difficult when I could not specify a width (could only do with a width range but not a specific onew) also cannot search based on the price after insurance. That made the searching experience inefficient

Offering is old lady like and not trendy. I can barely find something to use my insurance credit on.
With the new 3d scanning that is available on cell phones. Have your images built on that and not pc. Can be used by both however. Scan there place here.

I return my glass for correction and the agent never tell me that I will need to pick a different brand frame in the end I have to wait like 2 months but I ending getting the frame that I want. So the issue was from the agent that never explain me. After that everything is good.

Easy to check out and apply a student discount. Only annoying experience was that I couldn't place an order for my husband and myself in one order with the member benefits showing correctly, and there was no way to save an item for later in the shopping basket. So I had to delete my husband's glasses/RX from my order and then we had to create his order from scratch.
