Previous order was cancelled due to incorrect prescription that was submitted. Guy on phone was able to re-credit my VSP insurance so I could quickly get the right prescription added and fees accurately reflected.

This was the first time I've purchased eyeglasses online. The site made it very clear & helpful to order a pair that will fit you by giving clear measurements. Rec'd then today & they are perfect!
It was very easy to try on glasses with the virtual try on assistant. The only issue I ran into was the application to measure your eyes was very difficult to get to respond, so my glasses need to be remade. So far that process has been painless.
Picking out frames was easy with the virtual try-on. But the PD tool took over 30 minutes to get aligned properly. I hope it was accurate!
The process to order was easy for my son. For me, it said my benefits were used for the year, which was incorrect (my vision insurance still said I had benefits for frames). The glasses arrived in good condition but will need quite a lot of adjustment. Otherwise the experience was easy for him.

This Is a great service. I like the option of purchasing eyeglasses online as opposed to having to make a hurried decision inside of an office. You have more time to make a final decision on something you have to wear every day. I've used EYECONIC for a while now and I love it!
It's a great place to order glasses online. There's hundreds of frames to choose from, and the ordering process is simple and easy. I would continue to order glasses online this way for as long as I need prescription eyewear.
I only used Eyeconic for my first order to apply my insurance benefits. After that, I started ordering replacement contacts elsewhere because Eyeconic's prices are much higher than other retailers. It feels like they mark up the cost because they accept insurance—other sites are usually $20–$30 cheaper, and sometimes even more.
I decided to try the Ethos brand rather than the name brand I always get and they are fantastic and a fraction of what the brand name costs!
Ordered and paid extra for delivery within a timeframe. Rx was verified the same day, then stalled. On the earliest day of delivery, I reached out and got some BS auto email.
Would not have ordered if there was a question. So they're happy to take your money and not follow through. FU- never again.

I ordered My glasses last year and no one verified my RX then when I asked-prior to shipping-no one responded until it was too late. Once the return was finally processed, my frames were no longer available and then after I asked for a refund they let me know that my order wouldn't apply to 2025. A lot of extra work and frustration on my part too.
Was very buggy and took way too long to place my order. Kept giving me error message without saying why. I've never paid nearly this much with insurance and they wouldn't let me add coupon
The process was easy. My glasses were bigger than I realized but I love them. I am not sure if you have the try them on virtually but that would have helped.
Right out of the box, I could not believe how well I could see with them. I quit wearing my old ones because they were never right. The prescription was wrong. That was my regular eye doctor. Because I wasn't wearing them they were moved around and eventually became scratched up.

Way more expensive than other sites and with my insurance I can not order from other sites. Forced to may the more expenses price that seems to be done on purpose. No need to follow up unless going to match 1800 contacts and give me a refund. On 1800 contacts my whole order would have been covered by the 150 allowance. Why have insurance if doesn't even cover 1 set of contacts.
The tools and overall experience of the Eyeconic website get better all the time. The Pupil Distance (PD) tool does a much better job than self measuring with a manual tool.
