Had problems logging in, window was spinning and frozen. Had close the browser and login in.

Then clicked to re-order contact lenses. The item was correctly added to the bag. Clicked checkout and had to select prescription. I selected the previously saved prescription, but it has an incorrect DOB for the beneficiary. The DOB was 06/180/1986.

To get around this problem, I had to reupload the prescription again and then everything worked.

After I placed the order I found out that the price here is higher than other places. I'm spending $60 more for 2 boxes of contact lens.

My first time ordering glasses online. It went well. I was able to download my prescription from MyEyeDoctor. I did not succeed in trying on glasses online, but I knew what I was looking for. Found the frames and voila! No line bifocals, ultra thin lenses, blue lenses, the works. And it all came together beautifully.

The site is user friendly. The product selection is fantastic.

Be very careful with your insurance benefits and self advocate! I visit my eye doctor around Christmas and so I have to be quick to use my benefits before the year ends, and there can be some trouble with delivery around the holidays. In 2023 my glasses were stolen and I didn't realize till the new year, and when they sent me another pair they used my 2024 benefits so I had to go without contacts for a year. And then this year (2025) I ordered the wrong contacts so they cancelled the order but I had to send an email and then chat with someone on their site to get the benefits refunded so I could order the correct contacts. Susan (forgive me I forget the last initial!) was very sweet and professional and got my benefits reset within 5 minutes of us talking! Susan my name was Sarah M. And you made my day!

The pupillary distance, third-party vendor never did work on my iPad and it took forever for the site to finally load for me to get to check out

I place an order for a pair of glasses and it took you 3 weeks to tell me that you didn't have them in stock

I like the variety of glasses but I would like for all the frames to be virtual tryon. That way I have a better idea of the fit. Also, the PD calculator can be tricky and hard at times. Not sure if I did it correctly. I had to do it many many times.

Since I ordered at the beginning of the year it took a long time.

I really like using Eyeconic. It works really well with my insurance. The website works well with the virtual try on. The glasses ship well. The price is great, and the glasses are high quality. I tell my colleagues about it. The date of experience is my most recent. I have ordered three pairs from Eyeconic.

The entire process was easy and self-intuitive. I recommend!

It was great. I received my order in a timely matter and this is the best pair of progressive and transition glasses I have ever had. I get tons of complements on the style as well.

I used insurance on a previous order in December and it is letting me use it again in January? Not sure how this is going to work out.
