Would be great to get faster shipping dates. The fastest shipping is next day but it will not get here until 2 weeks later.
I love eyeconic and they are easy to order but I hate that I can't pick the what type of contacts I want. If I choose 2 weeks vs. daily or monthly vs. bi-weekly it doesn't change my prescription.
Very easy to use insurance benefits, the website saves all your information and will call the Drs office to verify the prescription or whatever they need to fill the prescription.
Mobile website crashes frequently, to the point I had to re-upload prescription doc 6-7 times due to the PD app freezing
My first experience was great,but this time it was terriable at checkout! I tried 3 different cards and none would be accepted forcing me to use Affirm! I know all my cards are active both they kept coming up INVALID! POOR SERVICE in my opinion!
You deal with this stuff every day, you know that insurance works on 365 day cycle so we can't order and use insurance until we are basically out of contacts if we use daily wear. But even 1 day shipping doesn't actually ship for about 10 days so customers will always be without contacts for a week or two even if we order as quickly as possible after our insurance kicks in. Ship faster and 5/5 stars
This was the same thing I advised last year and nothing has changed
They advised me to reply last week to an email that the brand the doctor had approved was okay to order, when I did they cancelled the order. I had to come back on the website and reorder the contacts, then the website wouldn't recognize my password. It has literally taken me an additional 30 minutes to order these contacts bc the website got some type of error. I finally checked out as a guest.
I assume the D and the N are distance and near but not sure why you have to select that when ordering multi-focals

Never ordered prescription glasses online but I had no other choice because many eyeglass store fronts have horrible frame selections. The online store was easy and virtual try on is the only reason why I made the leap.
