800 contracts, Walmart, Sam's club all cheaper but you have to pay for all then get reimbursed for insurance.
I was unable to place the order on the web site on my acct, due to some but in the Eyeconic system. I had have my acct deleted and place the order as a guest. Then, when (one of) the orders arrived it had the wrong prescription. The Eyeconic guest service person was able to see in the Eyeconic system that the prescription had been "entered incorrectly", but I was still required to take the bad pair to a shipping business to send it back and wait until Eyeconic got the bad pair before a new order was even placed.
I enjoy the convenience of ordering on the website, easy to navigate.
The filter buttons do not work when you click on them. Every time I clicked the favorites button it would open random glasses that weren't even in my favorites. The website would not let me click the remove button to take a pair out of my cart, then wouldn't let me click the button to move to payment screen. They had a wide selection of glasses but the frustration of the website almost had me not ordering from them.

I made an order in January and it said it processed but nothing came through and I have been waiting nearly a month for when it should have been sent. When I did not receive the order by that date I had to call and find out what happened.

My prescription should've already been on file I ordered less than a year ago plus my credit card expiration date was correct and then somehow you guys changed it to 8/2023. Don't tell me you didn't because the first time I ordered from you was in 2024. My credit card does not expire until 8/28. I had to repeatedly re-enter my information.
