I needed a pair of glasses before a trip and didn't think ones I ordered elsewhere would arrive in time so, I bought from EyeDirect because of the 2 - 4 day delivery option. I chose frames, single vision with blue tint, nothing fancy. I paid extra for the expedited delivery On the 5th day I contracted Customer Service to ask where were my glasses. I was informed those frames weren't eligible! At no time when ordering did it say those frames weren't eligible for 2 - 4 day delivery. The site accepted my payment. After I fussed with customer service, the did refund my shipping fee. Fortunately, the glasses arrived just in time but, no tint. Regardless, I like the glasses, but they need to state if they can't deliver as promised, before accepting payment.

I wanted a 58 usd pair of glasses. The program took me through the presumption and measurements. When I went to check out they'd added an additional pair of glasses I'd viewed before. That made the total 3 times what I wanted to spend. So I took a break. Two days later I cleared my shopping cart and started again. Now the frames I wanted were out of stock. So you have to be careful on this site. The end product is acceptable

It was good only my glasses got here a day after I needed them, they said they would deliver on the 25th but got here after I had to leave for out of time :( I am hoping that all of these will get hear before I have to leave again for out of town on the 5/12/205 really need all of them!
I have ordered several times from EYEBUYDIRECT and have always been satisfied. They have filled my prescriptions correctly every time and I love their frames. You can get quality frames at a low price which you would have to pay hundreds of dollars for at an eye dr. Office

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
