Everytime I order is great. The Quality is good and the designs are unique
I rarely have any trouble but when i do they are quick to fix it.
I first brought a pair of Oakley Holbrook from EBD I was a little nervous at first because I never tried the frames on and if my prescription was gonna be right as that being said. When they got to my door man was I wrong they were spot on and comfortable and felt right so yeah I'll be buying from EBD from now on
I assumed I'd just cheap out on my first pair of prescription glasses so I bought a pair for $40 off of EyeBuyDirect. Not only were the materials so nice and weightless, but they shipped super quickly (way faster and cheaper than buying a pair at my eye doctors office for the same quality). Just got my prescription updated and bought two more pair here!

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the first pair of glasses I got. My only complaint is that the site did not remember my information the second time I ordered.
Still obviously discounted compared to brick and mortar stores, but the last time I ordered a few years ago, there weren't as many hidden costs (ie, lenses & shipping are significantly more than they were before). When I see the price of the frames, I wouldn't expect the lenses and shipping to be almost 2.5x the cost of the frames. It would be nice if the cost of frames were more transparent and if standard shipping were free (express would obviously cost more if the customer wants to receive their glasses faster, and that's fine).

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
