The photo editing portion was frustrating. I'd pic the photo and rotate it to right side up, then try to follow the directions to adjust what needed adjustment but frequently the photo would somehow end up sideways and looking squat and would not line up properly with the glasses. If you could make it so the photo would always stay right side up it would help. (it did this on a cell and laptop) I had to spend almost an hour trying to get the photo to come out right. Other than that it was great! Though it would help if there were more choices for high end lens prescriptions. Thank you.

I spent 15 minutes attempting to put in my state. Form would not let me put it in and would not let me continue. Approached from 3directions before finally succeeding.

I bought the "Get Lucky" frames only a few months ago. First problem: On three occasions, a screw came out. The screwdriver in the tool kit you provided was not magnetized which made re-inserting the screw awkward and time consuming. Then one of the frame temples snapped, necessitating me buying new glasses today. So the glasses only lasted about four months. If these have similar problems I will find another provider.

Shopping made easy... the frames look good and for a cheap price. Haven't recieved them yet so dont know how long shipping will take. Didnt like having to buy lenses as I plan on getting the lenses from my own eye doctor so wasted money having to buy ones that I will only replace as soon as I recieve the glasses...
The previous pair I bought fitted me perfectly fine, now that you have an option to fit to a picture gets me a little worry if they will fit me, I prefer not to bother to upload a picture. Or you should make them head adjustable. Thank you.
This will be my fourth pair from EyeBuyDirect. The eye wear selection is classy and so unique. I have never had problems with the fit of the frame, nor with the lenses. Super simple. I have recommended to all that I know! I was shocked at most of the pricing how cheap frames are! I've worn glasses my entire life and I'm certain I've never gotten a pair for $20!
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
