Although a discount and free shipping were "offered" (for first time customer), neither was available when it came to checkout. Couldn't delete one of two pairs of glasses from the order prior to checkout. Had to go to another computer to place the order. Not a good experience.

My only reason to come back here is because Costco and Zenni did not have the frames I was looking for. If you want a good looking and cheap pair of eyeglasses, this website is a right place. If you are willing to get great quality lenses and frames, go with Costco or Zennioptical.

This is my second time ordering glasses from here and it is still my favorite site to order glasses from by far. Easy to navigate (even on mobile) and there's almost always a discount. Two pairs of quality glasses for less than $100 is unbeatable.
The process of selecting glasses was great. I liked the features from the help videos to the try on feature. The problem is with the site's cookies. I had to go into my browser's advanced settings and clear cookies to make sure the 400 error didn't pop up again before I finished checking out. For people who are unfamiliar with how to clear cookies, this would be a major stumbling block.
I'm hoping the glasses are exactly what I want. If so, I will purchase from this site again.
I have had to speak with customer service reps a couple times regarding orders. Everyone I have spoken to has been pleasant and very helpful. The frames are priced just right. For how inexpensive they are I have been able to purchase multiple pairs. It's also nice because my taste and style changes and evolves so I can swap out and get new glasses sooner than I would be able to if I were purchasing through my eye doctor. Not all of the frames are of the highest quality, but that's to be expected when only paying $15 for a frame. The frames on the site that are a little higher priced reflect in the quality. Overall, I highly recommend this site.
