The website is easy enough to use on smart phone or tablet. There is a decent selection in different price ranges not all frames are available in all sizes it is frustrating that size is not a part of search filter you can however search by size but takes awhile to weed through them all. My daughter and I have low prescriptions and do not require any multi focal lenses so I dont know about that. I am very pleased with the frames and lenses weve received they are just like any frames from a walk in optical store. The main reasons Ive ordered multiple times is easy to use website and home delivery. Plus the low price allows me to try new styles and not feel bad if I dont end up wearing them. I have never used customer service or had to a return an item. Overall I am highly satisfied!

Prices and products are fine, but I get tired of clicking to see hidden information, especially dimensions, and whether or not what is on the page is already in my favorites file. Just put the info out there so that I can see it! Don't hide it behind additional clicks.
I have 4 pairs of glasses now that I love! I ordered 2 pairs the first time around and one of the frames were too small but their customer service was very helpful with the return process. The only down side was with the second time I ordered. No matter how many times I updated the shipping address, there were errors that wouldn't let the payment process but after I called them, they were able to resolve the issue and since I've made one more order and haven't had any issues! I love how cheap and easy it is!

They have a very limited "better" frames and literally no size options. I only had 3 options on the frame style size, semi-rimless and none on the rimless. Then once the choice was made, the website was not allowing to proceed after the prescription was entered, unless you add more option, like a tint. I tried live chat, but the wait was for over 3 minutes.
This is my second buy. The first was OK to Good. The price is extremely reasonable and this is why I came back.
Ive ordered MANY glasses thru eye but direct. The XS kids frames are great for my 4 year old)he started at 3) and they really do last. When we get new ones for him its not that they have been ruined but weve lost them. My husband and I love our glasses as well. We can get a couple pair for our son and a pair for each of us with transitions for the price of one pair at the optometrists office. If your on the fence just do it! They are amazing

The prices and selection are great! I just wish the price on the sunglasses wouldnt jump so much from non prescription to prescription glasses. Other than that, the selections are all great values!
