I get amazing value from Eyebuydirect! Great glasses at a great price, and ordering them is fun and easy! Very pleased! Highly recommended!

I only shop this site for convenience. But they do not offer any lenses completely without any coating. I work in refrigeration and if even a drop of refrigerant gets on the lenses the coatings come off.

I've been a customer for years, the same glasses have always been less than $20. It seems you've taken a new direction and I think it is a bad one.

I returned my order to EyeBuyDirect on 3/31 and was explicitly told then as well as the following day on 4/1—both by phone and in writing—that my refund would be issued within 3–5 business days. That timeframe came and went with no refund.

By 4/9, I still had not received anything and had to initiate multiple follow-ups. Each response provided inconsistent or incomplete information, and only later did it become clear that the 3–5 business day timeframe did not begin until after the refund was processed internally—something that was not disclosed when the original expectation was set.

While the refund was eventually completed, it required significantly more time and effort than should be necessary for a straightforward return. The lack of transparency and inconsistent communication throughout the process is concerning. Customers should be able to rely on the timelines they are given without needing to repeatedly follow up for clarity.

I've bought regular glasses, and sunglasses, and have loved everything I have received. Prescription has always been spot on too.

They're pretty quick about sending off the glasses with the correct time it leaves the facility to your house.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new eyeglasses. The frames are stylish, lightweight, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for all‑day wear. The lens clarity is excellent.

I'm genuinely happy with both the glasses and the service I received.

Easy, however more options for the larger frame glasses or either better option so thick lens can fit into medium size frames.

I've been buying glasses from Eyebuydirect for awhile. They're customer service is amazing and the glasses never disappoint.

Prescription seems wrong. I need for reading and computer work. The images are are clear when a foot from my eyes but at 2 feet or 3 feet- it blurs. I am unable to use them.

I have purchased from eyebuydirect for my past 5 prescriptions as I get multiple pairs, one for daily wear, one for computer work, one for driving at night, and sunglasses, and even after insurance at the eye doctors one pair costs more than 3 pairs at eyebuydirect. The glasses are excellent quality and I have had no issues ordering or receiving my glasses.

The original glasses were spot on and looked great! I just purchased a second pair with new prescription... looking forward to seeing again... lol

I have ordered many glasses for myself and one of my children, and when they arrive if anything doesn't feel comfortable on our face and we want to exchange them their customer service has been nothing but helpful and always a delight to deal with. They always help us meet our needs and get the perfect fit for my family.

Uploading Rx is real easy. Had to have a separate set of glasses for computer work. Took about 10 minutes to order.

I've referred countless people to this site, as I have never had any issues with Eye Buy Direct. I've never had any issues with my glasses, and I always get compiments on all my frames. The one thing I love the most is the pricess! Affordability throughout the years is huge! Thank you!
