Limited frames for my prescription. Don't know why. Could not get transitional lens. Could not change the lens index (whatever that is) to bracket my cylinder number. My fingers are crossed that I'll be able to see.

I bought two pairs of glasses and loved one pair (the St. Michael), and the other pair didn't fit right, so I tried returning them (there is a two week period where you are able to return them) before the 2 weeks ran out, but it was impossible to get in contact with anyone, no one returned my emails. Though I loved one of my pairs, I was disappointed to have wasted money on the other pair due to poor customer service.

Since I have no vision coverage on my medical plan, this is the best option for me, to shop online with EBD. They have various discounts offered each time I shop. Just shopping online on my phone I was able to apply an extra 10%, total 30% savings, to an order I just placed. Their selection is adequate, offer many frames in different colors, and if you can upload a decent photo, the try on feature really helps. I've had my 1st pair from EBD for a week now and decided to purchase a second for backup. I have used another online retailer, but the glasses were not the quality I thought. EBD is my new eyewear store. The one thing I would like to see offered is a free case for each pair purchased!

Navigating the website was very easy. Steps and instructions were simple. I was hesitant about buying glasses without trying them on in person, but the Try On feature was very helpful. The amount of reviews with photos also helped me decide which frames to get. Overall, I have had a positive experience with this website and it seems like others have to.
I wish there were more color options for frames, especially in the rectangular shape. And a little more clarity a/b dimensions per size. But overall there are many options for an exceptional price. And I'm super happy about the SightRelax lens option.
I ordered my glasses and kindly asked for 3 refunds or returns. And each time they gave me new glasses, the prescription was way off and I always order from this site. So I'm not sure what's going on.

I paid over $300 for ONE pair of glasses at my eye doctor. I just bought 2 pair of glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses for $80!
Buy one get one was a nice deal. My only suggestion would be add Left/Right next to OD/OS when selecting lenses. Would help the people who don't know the difference between the two. Other wise it was a pleasant experience.
The website was easy to navigate and I was able to place my order easily without any trouble. I would definitely recommend this website.
I love shopping for new styles, knowing I can always return them for a replacement if the style doesn't fit my face right. It can always be tricky buying eyeglasses without trying them on first, but EyeBuyDirect provides very little hassle when it comes to fickle shoppers like me.
Bought from this site a few years ago, glasses were good. Trying them for my son since he needs a spare pair. Site did get stuck at a few points which made the ordering process take longer--I couldn't just click on the pair and the pic would pop up with more detail. I finally just opened a new window to view the image--frustrating.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
