I don't know why anyone buys all their glasses at the doc's office. I just bought 3 pair of glasses for the price of one at Target. This is my third time ordering from EyeBuyDirect. The first time I only bought one pair, and added no bells and whistles, just in case the quality was subpar. Nope. They are great glasses. This time I bought two styles with clear lenses and another style with transition lenses for outdoors.
Other vision centers (looking at you, store that rhymes with Schmoptical Shmixpressions) quoted me well over $500 for a basic set of frames and the special blue-coated lenses. EBD got me the same pair for $130 with a coupon. The frames are totally perfect quality, the lenses work, and they hold 100% true to their "love it or return it" policy. I've tried buying glasses from other sites with poor luck. EBD is the only one I really trust anymore with solid service and totally great pricing. Plus, a cute selection of frames.
The customer service person was formal in her character but not very informative, however, the chat representative was professional and very smart. I received the glasses in a timely manner but they did not come with transitional lens
I called Monday only wearing the glasses once on Saturday. At that time I discovered that the glasses didn't change color (I've been wearing transitional glasses like 4ever. I'm 71)
After speaking to chat person she said I could return the glasses only if I pay an additional $113.00.
I may have made the error when filling out the form(not computer savvy) but $113.00 is way over my $$$ reach. Now I'm stuck with a pair that I may or may not wear with pride.

I can order three pairs of prescription glasses for the price of one from a traditional glasses store like Walmart. What's not to love about that?! And I have always been happy with the frames, quality, durable, fashionable.

I appreciate the simple layout and that I could put frames that interested me on hold. The tutors were helpful. I have ordered glasses from them in the last and this time I had more options and was able to make a better choice based on facts, not just what I think looks good on the model, I'm not a model! One improvement would be helpful to older people with gray hair. I noticed all were young and beautiful. BUT customer reviews helped me in this area.

Wonderful prices on the frames, AMAZING prices on the lenses. And since everything is also priced in CAD, I don't have any sticker shock at checkout! 10/10, think I'll be buying most of my eye-wear from here.
I am a life long glasses wearer, and have bought probably half a dozen glasses online, from different sites. Eyebuydirect is my favorite places to get glasses at a great enough deal that i can have multiples!
The selection and prices for glasses and Rx sunglasses are great. I wish there were more shipping options. Also the try-on tool doesn't work at all and that was disappointing.

I have found Eyebuydirect.com to be the best online experience to buy glasses. I found the best price, easiest to use as far as selection and selecting the size I needed! Believe me, I checked out 5 other sites!

This is my third order from Eyebuydirect. I know it's intimidating to order eyeglasses online, but with their guarantee there is really no risk. I would recommend you get your hands on a small metric ruler so you can measure your old glasses to match or improve fit. I was quoted $679 for a single pair of glasses at my optometrist. I asked for a copy of my prescription and ordered online. A single pair here, with a coupon code, is around $100 and the quality is great. I ordered 2 pair of glasses and a pair of RX sunglasses for just under $300.
I have been most pleased with my glasses from EyeBuyDirect. They come quickly and are great. One pair broke randomly shortly after I received it and they quickly replaced it. Most please customer here.
