I love that Eye Buy Direct has affordable, high quality glasses! They are fun, fashionable, and that way I can get several pairs!
I would only give three stars for this order, but I have had success in the past even to the point of five stars.
It took be two hours to complete the order. First, with IOS you cannot edit the order. I only wanted one pair, but two, three and four were added. Finally a chat person was able to erase the entire order and I started over.
Then, even though my credit card was on file, it was rejected: "invalid number." That problem may have been the result of an incorrect phone number although I've never seen that applied before to an order for any company, and besides I doubt they meant invalid phone number.:)
And finally on this form you can't submit it without the order number, and so I have to go my email to find out what it was.
In summary, the glasses are worth the trouble. And unlike many companies, they do publish all reviews.
The whole process of buying the glasses online was super easy. Once i get my glasses i can review more but so far so good!
You need to to look over everything before you finish you order. I found out to late I could have gotten and extra discount if I known where to look for it. In the pass years I think I've ordered at least 10 pairs of glasses.

While It was rather easy to place the order, it wasn't easy selecting glasses because you have lots of great frames/

I purchased glasses online from other companies before so I was familiar with the process. I chose to purchase from eyebuydirect due to the very inexpensive glasses they have. The website is not the most user friendly and I found myself trying to navigate through different screens and clicking around a lot. It's not very intuitive. Hopefully I dont have to return the glasses because I read the customer service is not very good.
I love this website. I uploaded a photo of myself and tried on numerous frames. Found the one I liked and upload the prescription. When I received them in the mail I could not believe how good the quality was. I have progressive lenses and they were the best glasses I have ever gotten. I just ordered a second pair.
Good selection. Uses the PD number, which some sites did not provide for. I like being able to try on the glasses on my own face. Prior to this order I purchased a pair of progressive glasses from this site that are of very good quality build - even though I don't like the progressive lense and wish I had gone with the regular bifocals. The intermediate part of the progressive lense is distracting and does nothing for me. Live and learn. But I am back for some regular glasses and separate readers this time.

I found frames 51 mm tall, as I wanted. It is difficult to find this size. They would not offer the blue light filter on my prescription, so I will take the frames to Costco for the lenses.
