Bought 3 different glasses. Two floral ones didn't look at all what was pictured on the website. 1 were sunglasses but I would call them lightly tinted, they definitely don't work in the sunlight. Everything felt overpriced and they don't even include a glasses case and cleaning cloth like Zenni does.

The frames I got were a decent price and are really nice quality but the delivery was a couple days later than I was told, but this wasn't really a big deal.

It was my first time ordering my glasses so filling out the prescription part was a bit challenging. I needed to phone my eye doctor for the PD.

Sizing help could be better. Zenni provides a "live image try on." Still unsure if I inputted my prescription info correctly. Not very confident.

Overall pretty good and i am pleased with the product

This was the first time I ordersd glasses from eyesdirect. I wont again. Glasses were ok, delivery was horrendous and I didn't find the customer service to be very helpful when I contacted them.

Loved the help I got from customer service with my order.

Took me several tries to find where to enter the code and it wouldn't work on my iphone. Once I found the discount code, it was easy to use and the glasses are cute, true to fit and affordable for my daughter who gets a new prescription every 6 months.

Excellent prices & always a discount available. Fun to try on online!

The glasses were amazing however that quickly changed as the next day my glasses broke on one side and I couldn't wear it. They were so cute and would for sure be my fav pair but I can't wear them now.

Its cool i will rate higher when I see the quality in my hand.

Although I would have loved to have received them sooner, it was worth the wait... and I did order during the holidays, so delays were to be expected. I easily uploaded my prescription, which is now saved in my account for next purchases. My biggest problem was narrowing down my selection because I wanted numerous styles. Finally narrowed down and chose what I wanted to purchase. The quality is excellent, and the price I paid included all the bells and whistles I wanted, including the transition lens to turn crystal clear lenses to dark in the sunlight, scratch resistant, etc. all the upgrades that would have cost me far too much through my eye doctor. Thank you for my exciting fantastic great new eyeglasses. I do really love them. Will most definitely order again.

I gave it 3 stars because i have not received my order yet and this thing is asking me for a review already. I do wish the "try on" was more of a video type than just a picture.

This was my 2nd purchase and 4th pair of glasses from eye buy direct. The first pair in my order was more expensive than all the rest I had ever ordered and the worst quality. My old glasses are the exact same prescription as the new one but when I put on the new glasses something was way off. With my old glasses I could read captions on a TV, see road signs etc., but with the new ones there was such an intense glare that everything was fuzzy. I had to squint while wearing them. The 2nd pair in the order was somewhat better but the quality still isn't where the first two I got were. I'll probably think twice before ordering from Eyebuydirect in the future which is unfortunate since they are so affordable.

My husband recently got glasses from EyeBuy Direct and loves them. They are reasonably priced and provide options for people who don't have insurance. I would like more of a selection of glasses to try at home.

I ordered two pairs of glasses upon getting my new prescription and the total cost was less than half of what I would have paid for ONE pair at the local vision store. They arrived in under two weeks and both pairs fit nicely and my progressive lenses are great. I also was able to file a form with my vision insurance (which I hadn't done in the past), submitting my EBD invoice and got reimbursed for one of the pairs. One note, is that in the future I would probably spring for the highest quality lenses instead of the cheapest, but that was my mistake not EBD. :) I'll be back when I need a new pair or just want a different look.

Wow! So easy. The quality easily paralelled $600 glasses I've bought through the eye doctor. The price was a fraction of what I have paid in the past and the selection was outstanding. Bought two pairs during a sale and I'm not sure I'll ever buy glasses anywhere else.
