I finally found a nice pair of glasses and went through the process and ordered them and then found out that I was charged in US funds. Im in Canada I thought I was in a Canada site. With the 25 to 30 % exchange rate I wanted to cancel. Your rep spoke with with my wife and she explained that, she thought your rep offered 30 % to counter act the exchange rate but what I see now is a $30 credit. So that isn't the same thing. I have friends that had a great experience I didn't. My glasses are very nice I did like another pair but you don't carry them in my size. I would love to order another pair but I don't know. Maybe in a few months, maybe.

I bought two pairs of glasses on sale on cyber monday. I got two pairs (including the standard lenses) for about $20 and shipping was FREE! I received them within two weeks! So far they have been perfect quality and the perfect prescription.

I have been wearing perscription sun glasses from your company for over 2 maybe 3 years. So i decided to order two regular pairs, one black and one tortoise and was so pleased that i loved both! Cost me way less than costco!

Overall very good. Frames don't fit my face great but I took them to a place and had them try to fit them to me better
It was pretty good. The main frame purchase was pretty good. Frame is a little larger than anticipated but acceptable.
The only issue I encountered with this company was when I requested to make a change to my order. I was never notified that there was a remaining balance so shipping was delayed for a while. I only became aware when I contacted the call center.
Only problem was with USPS. It kept saying that my glasses had been delivered but it took USPS a week to actually deliver my product.
Ordered glasses that were way too big with the BOGO sale and was able to easily call and switch them out for correct fitting frames. Didn't take long to get my replacements and had no additional charges. Very happy with EBD!

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
