Great customer service, and lots of options. I've bought several glasses through EyeBuyDirect and it's so easy and convenient.
Filled out info photo shot script with all info. Week later they asked for more info. I got extract transition lens on one pair and basic on other. Person on phone said I could get other one with same package even tho I said it said was not available for that pair. So I got $38.00 more. And it was the basic I ordered. Called girl said it's not what o got and didn't care. So one pair I'm happy with other not so much.

Great customer service, plenty of selection. The pricing is amazing along with how easy it is to order my glasses. This is my second pair of glasses and won't be my last. My husband also purchases his glasses from Eyebuydirect.
I've purchased several pairs of glasses and have had good expoeriences with all but last pair. Last pair of sunglasses had a screw too small holding together and have had a horrible time keeping them together. Giving a new pair another try.

I love my glasses so much. My sister bought this exact pair a couple of years ago and I was obsessed. Unfortunately, after usual use the glasses began to stretch which I know is normal. But after 1.5-2 years one of the legs completely snapped and I could not fix it. I was heartbroken, so much that I just bought the same pair. Been ordering through them for 10 years now. Must have purchased atleast 8 pairs by now. Just love every experience. One star knocked off due to the paper box instead of the normal case with wipe cloth (you now have to pay for it).
Quality frames and lenses at 1/3 the price of retail. Great return policy for safe purchases. What more would any want?
My order was supposed to add have transitions and I live in Florida not once have the lenses gone dark. It doesn't work and I paid a lot of money for it. Also when I look to the right the right it's blurry but perfectly fine on the left.
I received an offer this morning that included designer glasses. When I got to my cart it applied and my total was under $300. It offered another code and I applied it and my total went up. Over $300. When I took that offer off my total went to almost $500. Now I can't find that original offer anywhere.

Each pair I buy ends up breaking since I am a homeschool mom of 4. Every pair breaks at the leg hinge just enough so they can't be glued or taped or screwed back together. The movable nose pieces hurt and get out of place too easily, and idk how to fit them right to begin with. The hard plastic is less annoying but still hurts a lot on my nose bone when I inevitably get bumped in the glasses.
Glasses have all been great, well made, fit prescription, and sales have been fabulous... especially for those of us who are hard on their glasses.

I only shop this site for convenience. But they do not offer any lenses completely without any coating. I work in refrigeration and if even a drop of refrigerant gets on the lenses the coatings come off.

I want to exchange my glasses but not provided lens for blue light filter as the frame and prescription are not matched with the blue light fitler lens. However, I chose it in the web, it was accepted.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
