I'm very pleased with the products and service from EyeBuyDirect. The frames are just as stylish and strong as designer frames costing ten times as much, I was able to choose a couple designs I liked, and they arrived in my mailbox within a week. Very convenient and affordable.

Selecting, customizing and purchasing my prescription sunglasses was easy. I received a few updates on the process of my order but after a week I stopped receiving updates and when I would log in and check the status it would say still in process. About a week and a half after ordering they randomly showed up in the mail. So other than poor communication on shipping and therefore no tracking information or shipping confirmation, my experience was good.
My eye site is really bad. I usually pay cost to $600 and they don't cute my lens thin enough. I order from this site paid way less and the lens are thin. I love them. It's just a little big but that's a easy fix

Super easy to find frames I like with the virtual try-on, plus all the pics and reviews from buyers. I just wish there were more customization options for fitting, I have a small head so sometimes it's hard to find sizes that are small enough.
Pretty quick and easy, but a little confusing to buy new glasses/frames because I didn't have a previous pair. Also wouldn't accept either of my credit cards at the end, but it ended up working out.
