I tried the camera preview of the glasses. But upon receiving the glasses, they are much larger than what appeared online. I will probably only buy where I can actually have a real try on in front of a mirror.

I love my glasses from here, it's cheap and easy. Because they aren't expensive, try to understand you're paying for what you get. One annoying marketing scam they do is the 2 day shipping for $38. I fell for it twice and each time my order was still processing after 5-7 days. It has nothing to do with UPS or USPS taking too long, the company is just not truthful with how long it'll take them to make and send out the order. That is really the only negative.
The prescription was not correct in the glasses I ordered, however I reached out to the company and they have been amazing in helping me get this corrected
Great deals and styles not just for me but for my kids as well. My kids keep loosing them would be able to offord to replace if not for this site.

I saw a sale coming up on EBD and seized the moment. I got a basic pair of glasses with the cutest frames on sale for $20. At this rate I could have a pair for every outfit. Mind. Blown. These are my new favs.

I ordered 5 pairs and 1 time and honestly should have ordered 1 to work out the kinks. Overall they are decent for the price. I would recommend upgrading lenses. I did not and although it says antiglare-it is not great and the lenses are not super clear.
Overall good experience. They have a very reasonable return policy. I decided to return the pair I picked. They work fine but, the frame was just too large for my face. They said I can hang on to this pair until a new pair arrives.
I like having the glasses categorized into S,M,L that is helpful for the fit. The styles are great. But best of all the prescriptions are spot on.
These glasses are up to par quality wise for a fraction of the cost!

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
