It was easy to order, website is well done. The glasses came in quickly and we are very happy with the look of the glasses. We ordered from several places at the same time and these were the first ones to come in. Unfortunately, these were the only ones that the prescription was off on. Both eyes are blurry.

The delivery company did not inform me of the arrival of the product, also they did not send me the key to access the storage that manages a digital door, I had to wait several days for someone to enter the storage and let me in without a key. 2. The glasses should come with a sheet that indicates the formula of the lenses, so as not to have doubts. 3. The attention of the telephone line is very good, the people are very friendly and professional. The glasses are very nice and the material of the lenses and glasses is very good. I am very happy with the purchase.

Very little change in prescription yet somehow the intermediate distance is closer. As I sit relaxed, the computer is slightly out of focus. If I lean in about 6 inches it's clear. My last frames don't do that. Plus, couldn't get the same frame now I have one similar that just feels cheap.

It was a good and friendly experience overall! I ordered 2 pairs of glasses but one of them just did not suit me- to no one's fault but my own. I requested a return/replacement via email within the 14 day period, and Customer Service answered very quickly and were very thorough with the steps to request replacement. I appreciate the timeliness and how nice they were to help.

This was my first time purchasing prescription glasses online and it was awesome! There are so many frames and lenses to choose from. The virtual try on was really good and helpful. For me the best of all were that the prices were very reasonable. After my purchase I received some pretty good discount options as well so will be soon making another purchase. My glasses arrived to me really fast as well.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
