I ordered a plastic frame and a metal-like frame and they both glide on and fit very nicely. A much more comforting set than my previous pair. The sunglasses are worth the buy too! I'm so glad I can wear stylish sunglasses and still be able to see as well!

I ordered a pair of glasses in the wrong lens prescription and after contacting a very patient and friendly customer service representative the matter was easily devolved where by I was granted a new frame with the correct lens this time all for free.

High-quality prescription eyewear at affordable prices! I love the online app for "trying on". I've ordered several pairs of glasses through this app for myself and my husband, and we are very happy! Now I can have a "wardrobe" of fashionable eyewear. We ordered premium transition and progressive lenses- and they came out great! It eliminates the need for separate sunglasses or reading glasses, for most purposes.

When I discovered this app I needed a new look from the glasses that were at the clinic. Also more affordable while still being great quality. The prescription portion is explained well and shows examples as well so you can type in your prescription. On different note, I will say the customer service needs to stay true about that 48 hour call window because it's been over a week since I've heard from someone. Eyebuydirect is still a great website to find glasses and customize them to your liking.

I was getting annoyed with my old glasses and I remembered my insurance covered eyebuydirect and decided to give them a try when I saw the buy one get one deal. They came within a week, and the packaging was pretty solid. I got a medium, which fit for the first week or two and now they are getting a little loose with wear, but that's not technically a con, I'd still buy from them again.

Hardest part of ordering is trying to decide on which pair I am going to decide to buy. SO many great choices, easy fast ordering, always satisfied with my purchase.
