I bought 3 different pairs of eye glasses. I have a pretty high prescription! The lenses were thin and the transition is perfect!

Ordered 2 pairs, used the buy one get one 50% off promo. They were less than what I would've paid for one pair at my optometrist. They fit great and very comfortable. Only issue I had was usps lost my shipment and received them later than expected, but called eyebuydirect.com and they were quick to offer a solution. Luckily I received my glasses before they shipped the replacement pairs. I will definitely be ordering from then in the future

I have been buying my glasses from this company for a few years now and recommend them to everyone I know. Every time I go to my optometrist and they try to guilt me into paying $400+ for glasses, I always make up some excuse and head straight to EyeBuy. I can't justify paying for expensive glasses that I end up breaking or losing at some point. Plus it's fun to play around with styles and have a few pairs.

Never had a problem with this company over many years UNTIL NOW! I just ordered new glasses and what I received even my dog could not see through. What kind of mess is this company trying to pawn off on me? I am 73 years old and I need good Bifocals. I have no clue what they sent me but I can't see anything. I went on line to chat and got someone who just did not care and gave me a bunch of things I must do to return the glasses before they would give me my money back. Just trying to screw me over. I leave in 2 days to go overseas and I really needed these glasses so now I must go to a local eye clinic and get made overnight. I will be posting this on every review website I can find. How can you scam a Senior Citizen and Veteran like this?
