The try on function did not work. I had a couple questions I did not know where to find the answer, but were minor. Otherwise, very easy process!

Wow! I took a chance ordering my daughter a spare pair of glasses here after always getting our glasses from an in person optical shop, and I must say that we are pleasantly surprised. The prescription turned out perfect, and they fit her very well. We will definitely order from there again.

Kept checking on line about my order...then noticed a "order on hold" msg (?) I call, low and behold you are saying my PE number is NOT on the form? I went thru MAJOR hassle to get that info so I KNOW it is on the form(!). The lady says 'oh its on the form we just have to move it (or something rediculous like that) WHY NOT EMAIL ME?

So I asked to make sure you did not need anything else from me- SSN? Shoe size? Favorite color? I am baffled on this one.

This is just so stupidly absurd. I will not be recommending your company. Prices were great but...

I don't even think the lady apologized (if she did I was so royally pissed at the utter total lack of (words fail me).

At least now I have the PE orders and now how to order glasses on line (and save big bucks, wow)

I've shopped at EyeBuyDirect before and loved it, but my eyes got worse so I needed glasses with my new prescription. I was worried about the delivery time because last time took 3 weeks, but both pairs came so fast. I bought a pair of blue light reflective glasses that came within two days because I paid for 2-day delivery, and the pair of polarized sunglasses came about a week after! Loved both pairs and I can see so much better!
