The glasses are high quality and fairly priced. They appeared a bit bigger than I anticipated, but I think that's just a natural consequence of not being able to try them on before purchasing. They took longer than anticipated to arrive, but all in all it was a good experience and I'm happy with the glasses.
My glasses came in fast, they fit great. Only complaint I have is that I got the blue light protection, but I didn't know it was going to give me a glare.

I went online search and found eyebuydirect, price is reasonable, try several frame. Found one which I like, filled in the prescription part, didn't expect the PD # need to be clearly confirmed prior to processing. Also, was not aware until I went to tracking, then directed to "Chat", because it was sitting in "Holding" and was wondering "Why?", finally problem solved.

I liked the frame selection, the ease of ordering online and the price was great! The only downside for me is that I have a very small head so my glasses always need to be adjusted to fit properly. Instructions say to heat glasses up to adjust them, but I cannot get them adjusted to fit comfortably. Therefore, I'm not wearing them as much as I should so unfortunately, I may have to go back to instore purchase and the higher prices and more limited frame selection. Bummer!
I was very excited when I received my glasses. I immediately started wearing them and put away my store bought ones. I also got lots of compliments on them.

I could not glasses with a clip on sunglasses. It says my prescription is not eligible. But it's a pretty straightforward, single vision prescription. No progressive, etc.
I ordered an item, paid for expedited shipping which took 11 days (7 business days) to arrive. To me this is not expedited delivery this is slower than molasses in January.

I bought a pair of glasses and absolutely loved them. I had a scratch on my lens, my fault totally. They made me a replacement pair without question. The process got complicated when I was leaving for Europe in less than a week. They made my glasses, walked me through the process via email, and delivered ahead of time. Totally recommend!

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
