I ordered a pair of glasses for my son when his current pair broke. We loved the styles available and ability to "try on." Shipping was quoted as 10-14 days, which was accurate. After I ordered, I realized certain pairs were available for 2 day shipping--something to pay attention to if time is an issue. They were under $100, & my son loves them!
Last year I ordered about six pairs in total. The first two were perfect but one I didn't like. Every time I exchanged it going forward the lenses were not my correct prescription. So I have two pairs that are good and about four pairs that make my eyes blurry and my head hurt as soon as I put them on. After three exchanges you stopped paying for the returns even though the prescription was bad. Willing to try it one more time but I'm ordering the same pair of frames that I know works
I never had a problem with them and they're so inexpensive and always having coupons! Lots of options and customer service is always quick and efficient.

When I wear the glasses, they do not sit centered on my face; instead, they tilt downwards on either the right or left side. I have to constantly readjust them with my hands, which is incredibly frustrating and exhausting. Worse yet, this misalignment has caused me physical pain and difficulty focusing, leading to dizziness. I expected much better quality for the price.

I couldn't get anyone to even tell me how to get help until I badgered them with the same question in hour long chat sessions. I spent hours trying to get a simple change made. It was too late by the time I finally got someone to talk to me. I was forced to file an insurance claim and I'm still out the money I had to pay for insurance because customer support would not help me.

Eye Buy Direct is the ONLY way I buy glasses! The amount of styles, lenses and options are vast, the company is incredibly competent and customer service is top tier. I've lived in Missouri and Alaska, both areas I've lived in I've received my glasses in a timely manner in pristine condition, even with me being as far as Alaska! I've bought 4 different glasses from this site in the past 4 years and I don't plan on changing where I buy my glasses
The website is very user-friendly. I love the variety of products and any time I've needed to reach out for customer service with a problem for the fit, there has never been an issue and they work really well with me. Been a customer for about 8 years and I have not switched to any other glasses company.
Site was not allowing any option to go further except selecting thinner lenses for extra fees. Selected one to proceed with order but not happy with unwanted option imposed on customers.

I have buying glasses with EyeBuyDirect for over 20 years. I was hesitant the first time, but after receiving them, I saw that they were the SAME QUALITY offered at the optometrist's, and A LOT less expensive. They hold up well to rambunctious children and myself!
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
