For the most part it is great. I have had about a 75/25 experience with my glasses. For the most part is has been great. I have had two pairs come that don't fit and the process to return is not great and to get thru it too much for me to actually complete due to help concerns. However, that is not enough to order again from them. The sales and discounts are worth returning to ordering again.
