Very easy to order and great prices! My glasses arrived ahead of expected!

Maybe it's my phone; Payment process not seamless. Expectations were a little low. The fit was a little off but still good and comfortable. The blue light feature is great. Will buy again but probably shades. The fitting process could've been better; maybe an instructional video.

I would have liked a "remember and compare" option, but everything I wanted to know was accessible.

Very pleased with glasses and service. I have ordered twice and I will be ordering again in the near future.

It's a a pretty good website. I did have trouble going round in circles at checkout when I changed the addressee on the address. Then I had to pay for shipping, but I thought, why? Isn't standard shipping included?

Good quality lens.
Frames were smaller than expected as I ordered Large and found them to be narrower than expected and had expected spring hinges.

For some reason the ETA was showing a later date than I am normally used to with EyeBuyDirect (Since I order quite a bit). I emailed the Customer Service Support asked if anything can be done and they made it happen. Got the glasses days before my event! Made my day! Thank you so much. I am a little confused about what exactly I am getting, but, I am willing to try this out, as the cost is not too much. And much less than I would pay at an optician.
