Great end to end interaction. But eye glasses selection even with real time wear sometimes its deceptive. Doesn't give u an accurate look

First time shopping here and it was a great experience! Website is excellent and very user-friendly. Customer service is top-notch--quick and very helpful. I have yet to see an online company that operates as high-level as this one. I was even gifted a pair of glasses that I wanted to return, but they let me keep them so that I would have a back-up pair.

Overall, I'm totally impressed!

Somewhat confusing with so many choices, but it helps when you can virtually "try them on".

Although it takes some time it's easy and the prices are fabulous.

Easy to walk though. It was very easy to place the order for my husband's sunglasses. We got his regular everyday glasses here and were very pleased as well.

So easy! Did everything from my cellphone! Everything fits great and very good quality.

Tried it back in 2021, was very satisfied and buying again now in 2023 since I broke my pair of glasses while skiing.

So far so good, hopefully they are good when I get them.

Website was user friendly, loved the option of "try on" but the quality of the glasses was less than I expected. Feels like cheap plastic honestly.

I ordered prescription progressive lenses and unfortunately the reading portion isn't clear. I will be returning which is inconvenient.

My first time buying prescription glasses and I was super impressed with the selection of style and colour as I'm very particular about that sort or thing when it comes to sunglasses.

The glasses I ordered were terrific but they cut into my face. The fellow made everything right for me. Would definitely recommend.

Once I settled in compatible frames, the ordering & delivery process was seamless.
The glasses are wonderful.
