The quality and service are great. Eye Buy Direct was able to make glasses for me that their competition could not. Unfortunately I chose frames that are not very comfortable. I have bought other frames here that are better.

It was easy and fun. Great to be able to see yourself with the glasses on. The service was straight forward and the glasses were great quality.

As usual, no-fuss ordering. Clear process. The glasses fit very well. I ordered clear glasses and sun glasses with the same prescription. The frames fit very well, and the tint of the sunglasses came out perfect, no color distortions and good protection.

I have purchased a prescription glasses, It wasn't the right size but they really replace it with new one & it was very fast and convenient. Thank you for all your help. It was the most easiest transaction & easy customer service to deal with.

Took me a while to navigate but then I'm a newbie at this… Hi, loved my frames but the prescription for progressives were not progressive, and Ive been meaning to get a hold of you, I'm afraid that these glasses which were supposed to be progressive, werent... Is there any chance I can return the ones you sent and could you remake them with the progressive prescription?

I like the website for ease of shopping and finding the glasses by various inputs.
There is a method on the website to determine the size we need.
