It was a painless ordering process. I needed to exchange them as they were progressive and it messed with my balance and i couldnt tead a thing. I needed to reorder bifocals. Two different reps told me the opposite about my options. Apparently invisable line bifocals do not come in sunglasses. You cant get bifocal sunglasses. I had to order regular glass with a tint so they work like sunglasses. Hopefully the line won't be super noticeable... Not so painless getting all of it straightened around. Waiting on the new glasses to arrive.

No issues so far with the frames except I wish I had a cloth to clean them that wouldn't make them foggy like the ones I have that I got from my old glasses case.

I love the ability to try on my frames in the comfort of my own home. Beautiful quality glasses at affordable prices.

Great site, good prices. Have had a couple flimsy pairs (Cella) which were quite nice but the arms broke easily. Also I have experienced an error with the "Try me on" function, where my image is distorted at first, until I rotate the phone into landscape and then back into portrait.

Easy searching options. "Try them on" is a good feature. Timely delivery.

Not as much selection as I was hoping. Frames were fairly good, but lens options seemed a bit limited if you have a smaller budget for benefits.
