I already did send you a review quite a few days ago... basically I can see wonderfully out of the glasses... but they were nothing like what I expected... As it turns out they look terrible on me... but because I had broken my previous ones and needed an upgrade to my prescription I am keeping them... I will have to save up to get a new pair... It was the "colour" and pattern on the virtual trial that were not true to the actual glasses frames... I thought they were a medium blue and they appear completely black... Anyway... it is what it is and I will choose practicality over vanity! I love all the fantastic styles... but I just need to try them I guess... I don't want to give a negative review because I think it may be just the specific frames I chose...
Everything went very well! Aldo spoke to a rep on the phone to clarify inquiry re clip-ons for my glasses… He was very helpful too … Thank-you!

I was so pleased with my sunglasses, as I bought a pair a couple of years ago and wasn't really sure what i was doing for the "shade". So I never wore them and was so disappointed. But these ones are fabulous and are perfect.

I was pleased with how quickly the order came through and I loved the selection of frames. The only 2 things I was a bit disappointed with was
1) taking a picture of my prescription. For some reason, the numbers were mostly placed in the wrong fields so I had to re-do the whole thing by hand.
2) the prescription lense. I opted for the slightly more expensive progressive lenses but looking through these things is extremely frustrating. I understand having to tilt my head up and down to have to see objects clearly, but side to side. It feels like when I finally get an object in focus, I have to freeze my head and eyes otherwise, the slightest movement puts everything out of focus and warped again. Not sure if I'll wear theses much.
I wish the "how to measure" section would include how to measure things if this is your first ever pair of glasses…all measurements were based on glasses you already own…which I don't.
I have been requesting contact via email re.product return steps. The live chat is requesting an eye prescription that I don't have. I sent pd however the glasses are blurry. I would like a refund. Thank you.
