I have a low nosebridge so these glasses are okay, they still sit kind of close to my eyes but otherwise stay put even when I move.

Good but the online "try on" for glasses needs a bit of an update. Also, way too many emails and texts. I don't mind signing up for them as I do like this brand however, I will be unsubscribing from emails and texts as there are far too many a day (2+ texts and 3+ emails a day). It's excessive.

When I received my glasses the prescription was off and I didn't care for how I looked with them. I sent an emailed explaining this and asked for a refund but instead they asked for a copy of my prescription (which I thought was just for their records) and they sent me the same pair (which I had said I didn't care for) with the fixed prescription. Now I'm stuck with them because I it wasn't clear that it was either refund OR exchange. They just sent the exchange with my asking for it.

I broke my glasses the other day, and didn't have time to go out and look for another pair in stores, so I decided to order online. I knew by prescriptions, since I just recently bought the ones I broke, and the guys from the store understood perfectly what I needed.
The glasses I ordered were delivered the next day, which was amazing. They saved me, and actually I made a really nice deal regarding the price.
They have a wide range of options and brands. I bought Ray-Ban, and I am satisfied with what I get. It was my first time ordering glasses online, but it worked pretty well for me. If I was not in an emergency, I would probably never have the courage to buy glasses online.

Money was refunded.as the glasses were ground improperly as the bifocal portion began to blur so close to the top of the lens.

Progressive glass that can't read.suspect prescription not followed, will verify with my optometrist.
