Fairly easy and straightforward. Great prices.easy to track order and arrived when they said. The glasses I purchased are good quality even though they were on clearance.
My only concern was adjusting for fit. I asked before purchasing and they sent me a video about how to do it myself. There was also a pamphlet in the order. It was fairly easy to do, but unfortunately, my nose bridge it slightly broader than I realized so the pair I purchased sit a slight bit high. I didn't want to fir e them and possibly break them, but maybe they will loosen a bit over time.
