I read the numerous warnings online and took a chance anyways with Extreme Terrain. They processed my order, accepted my funds and never shipped the item. It was not until I contacted them several weeks later that I was informed that they sold me an item that they did not in fact have in stock. No apology or attempt to rectify the error. Based on many forum posts, this sounds like standard practice for this company. I will not be purchasing from them in the future given the many other auto parts suppliers that seem to go above and beyond for their customers.

I'm sorry about the delay! I left a detailed voicemail but wanted to reach out here as well. We have been experiencing a lot of weather delays earlier this week from the snow. The good news is that according to the FedEx tracking it should be delivered today (1/10/25)! It left the local FedEx hub in Richfield this morning and states "Your driver Walid is on the way."
Also I'm sorry they haven't given you a scheduled appointment yet. We have a special team that handles scheduling installs and they tried to email.
