I ordered the Smittybuilt XRC body armor and I had to return it back multiple times because the product was delivered damage during transport. If the parts were properly wrapped better for this heavy equipment it would get damaged during delivery. Each time my order came, I had parts of the fenders poking out of the box on multiple sides and the thin foam pad didn't protect the edges of the fenders from being scratched and damaged. I had to send this package back twice and on the third time it happened again after I strictly requested that they add additional protection to avoid the product from riping the box open and getting all scratched up due to the FedEx not caring how they deliver the huge box. It's a shame that this is how they don't care about your time and hard earned money I spent to buy their products, when they don't protect it better inside the box. Other companies spend the time to make sure their products are better protected for shipping.
I find the return process not friendly and pushing your hassle free insurance which I consider a price gouging trick.
I can't wait to dig into this site more for the possible future upgrades

Previous purchase was AMp Research running boards. Had quality issue with missing parts. Nick in customer service walked me through the whole process of getting replacedment product instead of just getting the missing parts. He was amazing as I was a bit reluctant to repackage a 95lb box. He said "we can do this",, and we did. Smooth as glass. Awesome customer service by Nick.
The only negitive commet is the anoying rock music during the install videos. Yes I know it is turned down but im really tring to concentrate on what the install commenter is saying and the music is a distraction. Otherwise perfect expierence.
