I bought this as a gift for my sister. Was very easy to use website. I had little info about her jeep except the year. They had all the information I needed on website to order and still keep it a surprise gift. Came today and very happy with it. Hope she is too.
I called Customer Service and told them what I ordered was different than what they sent. I directed the Customer Service to the listing, and said the bed liner was shown in the pictures to extend on to the tailgate of the truck. He effectively then tried to up sell me to add a tail gate bed liner. I told him I wanted the correct item. He then effectively told me I didn't know what I was ordering. I told him I would be sending the product back for a full refund. Personally I felt the Customer Service was talking down to me, and very rude.
The part came perfectly fine was packaged as new. It was a Crown brand, not sure why they can't just say that in the online description. But the frustrating thing is the shipping. I had the option of $3.99 for regular 3-5 day shipping or $5.99 for 2 day. I couldn't drive my jeep without the part so I opted for the extra $2 to get it here sooner. It still took 3 days to arrive. Glad I spent the extra money on that.

Received your product and it was great. Would recommend swapping out the nuts you provide for Flange Nuts instead. This would get rid of the washers you provide as with flange nuts, they're unnecessary and probably save you money in the long run. It is also super difficult to add the hitch with washers as you have to completely remove the bumper to install the hitch using washers where you do not have to with flange nuts. Ended up going to my local hardware store to buy the flange instead. Thanks for the quick shipping! All the best - Ryan
